Last night we took the kids over to our colleagues house for babysitting and came home for date night. We could have gone out but sometimes eating mediocre food in the midst of a lot of people is not as appealing as eating really really yummy food by ourselves.
We ate our chocolate fondue made with this recipe
We do not own a fondue pot in paraguay here and it's not something we could go out and find in a store here. We had to improvise with the bars for the stove and tea lights and a pot.
and here is our fruit platter which impressively enough we almost polished off but to give ourselves credit it was our supper:)
next time we will do cheese fondue.
